You are a senior manager, an executive or a professional worker and you have just been told that you haven’t got a job anymore. Your employer is moving their operations to another part of the UK and you are unable to relocate. Or due to the recent cuts in public spending, you are effectively made redundant after several years of working in the public sector.
KISMET is a programme designed for Executives and Professionals in Dorset, both from the private and public sector, who have been made redundant or are threatened with the loss of their existing work structure.
It provides an opportunity for you to take stock of your situation at a time of change and transition, to explore new career avenues and increase your self-confidence, should you want to start a new business.
KISMET gives you access to:
- In-depth coaching sessions
- On-going support over a three month period
- Training and networking opportunities

The programme is subsidised and delivered within a partnership of public and private organisations led by the Arts University College at Bournemouth and Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
